**Order Processing**

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation at your provided e-mail address. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.

**Shipment Processing Time**

Processing time refers to the duration it takes to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within two business days. If any delays occur, we will promptly inform you.

However, processing times can vary, with some orders shipping within a day and others taking up to ten days depending on stock availability.

**Shipment Locations**

Currently, we ship our products exclusively to locations within New Zealand.

Please note that once an order is placed, you cannot alter the delivery address. Ensuring the appropriateness of the delivery address is solely your responsibility. Despite our efforts to redirect packages to a new address as requested, we cannot guarantee successful redirection.

You release and indemnify us from any damage or loss resulting from a change or claimed change of the delivery address, including the potential loss of the delivery package.

**Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates**

We endeavor to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and start from the shipment date, not the order date. These estimates are intended as a guide and depend on the approval and acceptance of your order.

It’s important to note the following:

– Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
– Arrival dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method, and items ordered.
– Unforeseen circumstances like weather delays or other factors can affect delivery times.
– During peak periods such as June, July, Christmas, natural disasters, inclement weather, lockdowns, industrial action, and more, shipments to and from our Melbourne, Victoria facility may experience delays.

We hold no responsibility for shipping to an incorrect address provided during order placement. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we do not directly offer delivery services; these services are provided by a third-party courier. Any losses or damages arising from delivery are attributed to the third-party delivery service provider, and we shall not be liable for any consequential loss, damage to goodwill, loss of profit or opportunity, or special or indirect damages.

**Customs Duties**

For products imported into New Zealand, we or our third-party shipping provider handle the import charges.

**Damages**

If packaging damage occurs upon delivery or if you haven’t received your item within 14 days of placing your order:

– Contact our delivery service provider initially.
– If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at support@christmassweater.co.nz.

**Missing or Lost Package**

Lost packages can result from various reasons, often due to packages being in buildings, complexes, or with neighbors. We kindly ask customers to first search common delivery locations and inquire with neighbors before reporting a package as lost.
